Shipping, Refund and Cancellation Policy

In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

**Shipping Policy
Upon Order confirmation our prioirity is to ship the order via our logistics partner in the next available business working or pickup slot. This normally happens within 2-3 Working days . In case of any delays the customer shall be contacted and made aware about the same. The Delivery time across India is upto 7-10 working days from the shipping date.

Cancellation Policy**

You as a customer can cancel your order within the period of order confirmation and order shipped. We shall process cancellations and any payments made shall be 100% refunded. For orders which have already been despatched, we shall deduct Rs.100/- as a fee for courier charges and process the refund within a period of 2-4 working days. Refund Policy

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
